    “Lovely house in good location.”

We loved the little beach nearby which is dog-friendly. Our 6 year old grandson was in the water every day. The house is well appointed and comfortable. This was our second visit.

Internally the property has been renovated into a stylish and contemporary holiday home for families and friends alike, whilst giving easy access to the coastline for a number of sandy beaches.

Castle Cove is just a short walk away, together with the Rodwell Trail, giving access to the causeway to Portland.

Step into the sitting room, where you can relax and unwind in front of the warming woodburning stove, while catching up with your favourite shows of an evening.

Off of the sitting room you can also find a conveniently located shower room.

Walk through to the open-plan kitchen, which offers a dining area with seating for six to use as your social space to plan the day's events, whilst the kitchen itself has all the appliances you could need to rustle up a delicious meal for the whole family!

Upstairs has three large bedrooms; one king-size, one double and one twin, all boasting a lovely light decor, giving the rooms that home-from-home vibe, and views across the town.

Externally, the property offers a quaint courtyard, patio garden with a selection of furniture to sit out with your morning cup of tea and watch the lovely sunrise.

Discover the wonderful Weymouth harbour, with a 17th-century waterfront and is perfect for those interested in fishing and boating.

If it's a spot of history you're looking for, then visit Sandsfoot Castle, historically known as Weymouth Castle and was constructed by Henry VIII in the 16th century, with only ruins remaining, set in peaceful and manicured gardens, on the edge of a cliff.

Sandsfoot Rest is the ultimate choice for those interested in a seaside holiday to Dorset.
