“Lovely apartment but really needs a washing machine.”

Our only complaint was the lack of window nets in the two bedrooms,this would have offered more privacy.

“Everything was perfect.”

The kitchen light when on the blink but an engineer came within a couple f hours and it was all good. Garage entrance very tight but we knew that from previous reports. Altogether a great apartment and we will probably return at some time

Towels need to be washed during stay as only one towel person provided as no one wants to pack a case full of towels. Also maybe a fan for the hot days.

Location is great in the heart of the harbour . Superb view of the Bridge which opens through the day whilst you sit on the Balcony. Cleanliness is good n double bonus of 2 loos. . Definitely come here agin Roz n Ter

“Easy to find.”

In excellent position. Very central to everything and good restaurants on Quayside. Property well equipped. 2 points, info said to take cleaning, washing up liquid. t-towels etc. they were all there but missing was toilet rolls. Not even enough to see us through the evening. Would recommend to apartment . It would be useful to have a notebook or a clear sleeve to put into info book for guests to recommend restaurants or places of interest to see in the town that they enjoyed visiting.

“Very good apartment in an excellent location.”

One or two niggles. No ironing board, no blinds in the bedrooms only curtains and the garage access is too narrow for many modern cars. My Evoque had no more than an inch on either side.

“This was our second visit to Town Bridge apartment.”

Its clean, spacious and in a great location, with lovely views over the harbour. However we were disappointed that there is not enough crockery for 4 people, inc. no teapot or cafetiere, and the pans old, burnt and virtually unusable (ok if you dont plan to cook at all). Also they are v stingy compared with other places we have stayed with nice extras on arrival/and necessities. Also the lift seems to have become more temperamental since our previous visit. With some small improvements this apartment would score higher.

Just a thought there is only one set of keys which when there is 2 couples it makes it difficult if you want to go different places it might be a good idea to look into this .the apartment was in the perfect position

Very difficult to use the key safe outside the apartment in the darkness of evening. 2. Could not get my medium size car into the garage. 3. Lighting in the communal areas was frequently broken. 4. The lift was slow and sometimes alarming to use. 5. Could not find the vaccuum cleaner. 6. The only decent TV (coverage) was in the bedroom.

“Great location in Weymouth right in the heart of the town.”

Parked the car in the lock up garage and there it stayed till we came home.Walked or caught the bus and filled our days with visits all around the area and discovered places we had never seen before. Realy different holiday without the stress of motoring.

“The agency is great.”

We had to contact them for two occasions and both time they were very good. On arrival at the property, there were four bags of rubbish inside, we called the agency and they turned up in 10 minutes and collected the rubbish away. The third day we accidentally locked the keys inside, called up again and spare keys were ready within 5 minutes. The property is in a super location. It is next to the town bridge on the harbour, 15 minutes walk to main beach, 10 minutes to the fair and 5 minutes to the best crabbing spot. Shops and restaurants are literally downstairs. It was clean and everything provided was working fine. Bedrooms are big enough with sufficient storage. Two bathrooms with two individual showers. Dishwasher microwave oven fridge. However there is no wash machine. The downside is not the actual flat but the building communal area. All lights on ground floor are not working, the light in the hallway is not working. Button "0" in the lift is not working. We had to walk down the stair case every time. It's not very quiet in the evening due to close approximation to a few pubs. But looking at its location that is expected. There are loud seagulls waking me up in the morning but again expected when going that way. Overall good experience and we will go back.

“Although the apartment is in a great location for town centre , beach and the views it is VERY noisy in the evening due to a nightclub been across the road .”

We was woken up and our children due to the anti social behaviour right outside the apartment. This apartment I wouldn’t recommend for a family holiday. The garage space is tight and got blocked in multiple times , also the staff from the restaurant smoke outside it and throw cigarette buds all over the floor . The apartment wasn’t clean and no cleaning products for us to use to clean this. No washer also which would have been useful . The lift was broken so we had to carry our case up the stairs and back down as we was leaving . The apartment too could do with a good update .
