    “Very happy with the property.”

It matched the the photos in the listing and we felt it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right next to the docks, and was not difficult to get to by car. As mentioned in the listing, the property is adjoined to the kitchen of one of the dock side restaurants so there is some associated noise, mainly during the day. It did not bother us and would not deter us from staying there again. There is a public parking bay right outside the property. But there is no guarantee ...

But there is no guarantee that it will be free, and also bear in mind that the street is quite narrow and there are delivery vans daily. That said, we were able to park our SUV without issue, and the Pavilion Car park is less than 5 mins walk away and always has lots of space. The main beach and shops are less than a 5 min walk. We ate breakfast every morning at the Custom House Café, which is just around the corner and does an amazing full English. Another previous guest mentioned about the quality of the beds. I'm happy to report that the double bed in the master bedroom is now amazingly comfortable - much better than our bed at home! Our 10 and 12yr old daughters also didn't have any complaints about the twin beds in their room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property, and would not hesitate to stay there again.
