The property

Sailors Watch is a Grade II listed property which forms part of a Dutch-style merchant house, overlooking Weymouth’s inner Harbour and historic bridge.This wonderfully converted dwelling has been designed to suit a group of family and friends looking to explore this glorious part of the coast.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a spacious kitchen/diner, where the Range cooker take centre stage before all of the other appliances required to whip up your own delicious evening meals.

A couple of steps lead up from the dining room into the spacious sitting room which boasts uninterrupted views over the inner harbour and the historic harbour bridge, an exciting place for watching the boats go by and the bridge opening to let them through.

As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to find three well-presented bedrooms.

The master bedroom offers a super-king bed and views over the harbour, whilst the twin bedroom and king-size bedroom are tucked away at the rear of the property and situated down a few steps which add to the delightful character and charm of this property.

During the summer months, spend a moment or two within the garden area, where you will find a magical secret garden room, where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine and catch up on your favourite moments of the day over dinner.

Enjoying this prime location in Weymouth means that everything you need is within an easy including shops, bars, cafés and restaurants.
