Maisy Cottage is in the ever-popular Maltings development in Weymouth, a favourite with holidaymakers due to its quiet, residential location, yet close to the popular Brewers Quay area and harbour.

The property has a modern contemporary finish and is perfect for a small family or couples.

With a lovely wooden dining table for four and a well-equipped kitchen you can create the breakfast or dinner in no time and enjoy it with your friends. The property conveniently has two parking spaces to the rear.

The ground floor kitchen has a door that leads to the garden area and you can reach your car in no time. Maisy lies within a five-minute walk from the Brewers Quay area which has a great deal to offer including the opportunity to explore the fascinating harbour with its attractive restaurants and quaint shops.

Only three minutes away from Maisy Cottage is a walk along the coast from Newton's Cove to the Nothe Gardens, here you can rest awhile and take in the wonderful views stretching across to the Isle of Portland and Lulworth Cove.

Children will also love to explore the rock pools or do a spot of crabbing at Newton's Cove.

The golden sands at Weymouth are an interesting ten-minute walk along the edge of the picturesque harbour.

Adjacent to the main beach you will also find the town centre with an abundance of high street names and individual quirky shops, along with a plethora of eating options from traditional fish & chips to cuisines from around the world.

Just a short drive away is the Isle of Portland with its' rugged landscape, quarries and beautiful walks.

It has three lighthouses, one of them being a birdwatching members club.

Chesil beach visitor centre introduces you to the beautiful and unique wildlife and history of the 18 mile stretch of shingle beach and The Fleet, a home to many wading birds - an outstanding place to get to know Dorset’s wildlife.
