    “We have had a lovely holiday .”

    However, we felt the house was not up to your usual standard. Some cutlery, utensils and pots and pans were dirty. Cupboard doors and door tops were dirty. It was extremely dusty and cobwebs everywhere. No cleaning products were in either bathroom at all The hoover was broken and extremely difficult to use. None of the bulbs in the main bedroom worked. There were a lot of steps in the garden and 2 steps down to the kitchen which were a hazard for our 2 year old which were not ...

Stairgates would have been very useful for both sets of stairs .
