The house is just a 10-minute walk from the Greenhill area and the main beach in Weymouth, where you will find a long and sandy shoreline.

You can stroll along the promenade to the town centre in the evening as the sun sets behind the Georgian seafront.
Just around a five-minute walk away is Lodmoor Country Park, a large expanse of greenery incorporating a cycle route, Play Park, outdoor exercise areas and picnic spots.
