The property

This refurbished charming Mews cottage is bound to be a favourite, tucked away in a quiet area of Weymouth in Dorset.

Angel cottage, which sleeps two guests, is an easy walk to the Weymouth seafront and beach, and then just a stroll along the promenande to the livelier town centre.

This property is ideal for those who want to meander the days away at a nice slow pace, and is located on the edge of the Dorset AONB.

Your new home away from home has a pleasant living/dining area perfect for enjoying a movie night.

This is complemented by a delightful compact kitchen with all the culinary tools you need for cooking up a light meal or picnic.

The enclosed outside area is ideal if you want to have an afternoon coffee whilst listening to the seagulls, and is suitable to hang out those wet swim clothes.

Upstairs, the light airy bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and plenty of hanging space.

This is complemented by the spacious modern shower room.

The traditional stained glass window in the bathroom door is just one of the lovely features in this renovated property that keeps the original Mews Cottage character.

A short stroll to Greenhill Gardens on the Weymouth seafront makes eating breakfast with sea views a must for one of your early mornings.

This part of Weymouth beach is also where the locals choose to go as it is a bit quieter away from fairground attractions.

The property is just a short taxi ride from the Weymouth Railway station and the locality has a tesco-metro, a public house, a bakery and a post office not far away.

There is also a fish and chip shop which makes for an easy dinner on the day of arrival.

You will be welcomed with tea coffee and biscuits ready and waiting for you, so that you can recharge after your journey, before dropping your bags and heading out.

Start your morning off well by strolling along the seaside and making sure to stop at the Weymouth Bay Miniature Railway, Lodmoor Country Park, and SEA LIFE centre, all great places to embrace your inner child.

Discover Sandsfoot Castle as well as other nearby attractions.

You can also travel into the Dorset AONB to see the breathtaking Chesil Beach, explore the grounds of Abbotsbury Castle, or go on a historic hillfort walk around Maiden Castle.

Choose Angel Cottage as your delightful home base to return to however you choose to spend your days here in Dorset.
