Followed your fault procedures and had to wait till Monday before engineer called after I went to the dream cottage office. After freezing for 2 nights it was not good to hear the call out man could have been with us in 5 minutes if you could be bothered to contact him Don’t think I will use you again. Have been to poppies many times and always supperb

Mr Kelly, we were sorry to hear of the problem encountered and took the matter up with Dream Cottages, They tell us that you did not contact the emergency line which would have had the matter resolved quickly as we invest in 24hr boiler and heating emergency cover for this very eventuality.
