    “We know Weymouth well so we knew that the location was perfect and we were delighted by the apartment and how it was laid out to maximise the sea views, which are stunning day and night.”

    Although we kept the windows open throughout our stay, they provide a fantastic barrier to the sound and the breeze if that's what you want. Overall a very smart, convenient and comfortable apartment in the finest part of town. We would definitely book again.

The property

This beautiful first floor period apartment in Weymouth near Lodmoor Country park is a wonderful holiday home located directly on the seafront. You don’t even need to step outside to enjoy spectacular sea views.

Watch numerous sunrises and sunsets through the bay window and cosy up with a book on the sofa.

The fire place will allow you to dive into sleep with that feeling of a home-away-from-home. Bright and spacious open plan living area with diner and kitchen will provide all amenities you will need during your stay.

Take the benefit of a separate bathroom to enjoy a long bath after day’s activities whilst others can use the en-suite shower room in the master king size bedroom.

Have a picnic in the enclosed walled communal courtyard area or stroll along the esplanade.

Further to East you will find a little coastal village of Preston with popular amongst water sports enthusiasts Bowleaze Cove.

To the opposite side is Weymouth’s town centre where you can get lost in abundance of places available to visit. South West Coast path goes along the esplanade if you are ready for more challenging walk.

It will take you as far as Ringstead beach, Lulworth Cove and further.

Just a short drive away is unique Isle of Portland with Chesil beach. You will be spoilt for choice by staying in this comfortable and beautiful apartment by the sea.

GREENHILL

Greenhill, is a pretty region of Weymouth notorious for it’s pretty pastel beach huts, beautiful gardens and pebbly beach. The beach at Greenhill is the perfect option for those seeking a quieter beach day away from the hustle and bustle of the traditional sandy beach day activities. There are a choice of beach side cafés as well as a pitch & putt that is adjacent to tennis courts. There are many Georgian houses which front onto the seafront and esplanade, along with many other historic buildings, enjoy the variety and extensive sea views as you stroll along the seafront. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find local independent shops tucked away in the side streets, surrounded by many high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people who want to be close to the centre without being in it.
