Thirdly, prospective renters with any mild mobility difficulties will struggle to use the bath/shower. This is very deep and narrow necessitating a very high step to get in and out of the bath. Also the fitting of the shower screen, and the lip placed to stop any water dripping onto the floor also makes entry and exit of the bath very difficult.
