    “The alarm radio doesn‘t work on mains supply.”

    The batteries inside were heavily corroded, so I removed these and cleaned up the battery compartment. The antenna tip has been broken off at sometime in the past. There is a small gap forming in the silicon sealant on the back wall of the shower tray. The apartment is in immaculate condition and has been skillfully designed and constructed.

This second floor apartment is located on the rugged yet beautiful Isle of Portland on the World Heritage Coast in Dorset.

Portland boasts an isolated location with rocky, coastal scenery, giving the island its own special atmosphere.

From here, the far reaching sea views and dramatic cliff tops are stunning and there are coastal walks and climbs to pursue.

Portland’s unique geology and position makes it home to an extraordinarily rich variety of birds, animals and plant life to observe.

The main seaside town of Weymouth is just a 15-minute drive away and local bus services run frequently with bus stops close to the property.

With its famous sandy beach, safe waters and the attractive charm of the Georgian seafront, Weymouth has array of shops, cafes and bars to choose from.

Enjoy an ice cream or fish and chips whilst strolling through the old historic harbour and watch the boats sail into the marina beneath the town bridge which opens every two hours in the summer months.
