Take in the views at the bistro table and chairs in the porch accessed by doors from the lounge area and leading to the sheltered garden, an enclosed safe area for your four legged companions.

Within a few moments of Cliff Barn’s front door you can access the South West Coast Path and the magnificent Hive Beach offering peaceful seclusion with café and the perfect spot to swim or paddleboard the day away.

Slightly further is the market town of Bridport, where you will find a twice-weekly market (Saturday and Wednesday) and plenty of independent shops and cafés to explore one afternoon.

Your visit won’t be complete without a trip to West Bay, famous for its starring role in ITV’s Broadchurch series, sit on the harbour side and enjoy some fresh local fish and chips followed by local award-winning ice cream.

When staying at Cliff Barn access to indoor bowling at Bridport Indoor Bowls Club is available and for people who have not tried bowling before lessons can also be arranged.
